My Story

I have had two new beginnings in my life.  Originally from Madrid, Spain, first, I started in Management Hospitality and Leisure business completed afterwards with studies in Business Administration investiment and finances. My experience of twenty five years in these sectors includes consulting, managing, entrepeneurship, teaching and negotiation.

But my real vocation, and true passion, was becoming a Clinical and Health psychologist. I enrolled in the university of Comillas-ICADE of Madrid where I got a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a final Honors Thesis, and a Professional Master’s Degree in Clinical & Health Psychology with speciality in Systemic theorical orientation.

My experience as therapist for individuals, families, couples and groups includes institutions of mental health, Special Employment Centres for people with intellectual disabilities, Centres of Psychosocial Orientation and Support and a Unit for Victims with Intellectual Dissability (victims of sexual abuse or mistreatment and intervention with their families, and the professionals involved) in collaboration with the police and their team of psychologists from the Criminal Behavior Analysis Section.

My experience also includes the creation, preparation and startup of educational programs and workshops of Positive Psychology, personal development and for victims of psychological abuse.

I currently have my own private practice as independent therapist and counsellor where I treat clients with a wide variety of problems.

Specialist in Treating the Survivors of Narcissistic and psychopathic (Insidious Relational Abuse) relationships and Narcissistic Family Systems.

I am currently conducting a double research:

– Aftermath of harm caused to people living in Pathological Relationships:

Adults with Cluster B* Disordered PARENTS (Narcissistic PD, Borderline and Antisocial PD)

Love Relationships with Cluster B Disordered PARTNERS.

*Cluster B personality disorders, include Narcissistic Personality Disorder (PD), Borderline PD, Antisocial PD and Histrionic PD, characterized by dramatic, unpredictable behavior with intense emotional responses, giving rise to challenges in emotion regulation, relationship stability, and social functioning.

– Sequels of traumatization in personality (Post Traumatic Stress Dissorder (PTSD), Complex PTSD and Dissociative personality disorders.
